Blorg! It’s a blog!
As a millenial and professional couch potato, I consume a lot of media. And cheese. With all of this media, it can be tough to remember what I’ve seen and read, and especially to remember how I felt about things. Mark Twain said “If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything,” which sounds pretty great and definitely motivates me. But, then again, Friedrich Nietzsche said “The advantage of a bad memory is that one enjoys several times the same good things for the first time,” which makes me think I’m making a horrible mistake.
But fear not, intrepid readers! I will fill the Blorg Blog with a collection of the thoughts, musings, and reactions to the things I watch or read. I’m mostly doing this for my own personal edification, but if you happen to like it, that’s awesome. If you really like it, you may be a Blorgon.* So head on over to the Blorgon Corner for some extracurricular Blorg! Blog activities.
*An unintentional but awesome reference to the fictional alien robots from NBC’s (and, I guess Yahoo’s) amazing show: Community. If you haven’t seen it, go watch it. And trust me, give it a few episodes (4 or 5) and you’re sure to love it. <- Look! It’s a mini-review!
